As the director of policy, Audrey leads CEE’s public policy work, including regulatory and legislative policy development, strategy, and advocacy at the Minnesota Legislature, Department of Commerce, and Public Utilities Commission. Audrey draws from CEE’s many areas of work and expertise and collaborates with a broad and bipartisan range of stakeholders, to advance practical, effective clean energy policy solutions that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, while also supporting a healthy Minnesota economy for all.
Audrey joined CEE in 2017. Prior to CEE, she worked on energy conservation policy and related regulatory topics at CenterPoint Energy. While at CenterPoint Energy, Audrey also supported municipalities in Minnesota to help them achieve goals related to energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. This included working extensively with the City of Minneapolis through the Clean Energy Partnership.
Audrey earned her bachelor’s degree from Macalester College and a master’s degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
